The Packing Incharge is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the product packaging process within the company. This includes ensuring efficient and accurate packing, maintaining quality control standards, and coordinating with other departments to ensure timely order fulfillment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Oversee Packing Operations**:

- Supervise and guide the packing team in their daily tasks, ensuring adherence to packing procedures and timelines.
- Monitor packing activities to identify and resolve any issues or bottlenecks.
- Ensure accurate and efficient packing of products according to customer orders and specifications.
- **Quality Control**:

- Conduct visual inspections of packed products to ensure they meet quality standards and are free from defects.
- Verify that all packaging materials are used correctly and in accordance with company guidelines.
- Identify and report any quality issues or discrepancies to the relevant departments.
- **Inventory Management**:

- Maintain accurate records of packaging materials and ensure their availability as needed.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the procurement department for timely replenishment of packaging materials.
- **Safety and Hygiene**:

- Maintain a clean and safe working environment in the packing area.
- Ensure adherence to all safety regulations and procedures within the packing department.
- **Team Management**:

- Train and mentor packing team members on best practices and new procedures.
- Monitor team performance and provide feedback and guidance.
- Address any employee concerns or issues promptly and effectively.

Pay: ₹9,082.15 - ₹20,000.00 per month
