Pay - 17,000 to 30,000 per month (According to interview)

Job Summary:

The Dispatch Incharge will manage all dispatch and delivery activities of solar panels, inverters, and wires. The role ensures that materials are packed, loaded, and delivered safely and on time to customers and project sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage daily dispatch of solar products as per sales orders.
• Coordinate with warehouse and sales teams to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
• Prepare and maintain dispatch documents such as challans, invoices, and transport records.
• Supervise loading, unloading, and ensure safe handling of materials.
• Track shipments and communicate delivery status to customers and management.
• Manage transporters and drivers for efficient and cost-effective delivery.
• Maintain dispatch records and ensure compliance with company procedures.

Qualification & Experience:

• Graduate in any discipline (preferred: B.Com / BBA / Diploma in Logistics).
• 2–5 years of experience in dispatch or warehouse operations (solar or electrical industry preferred).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹17, ₹30,000.00 per month
