store incharge is responsible for the day-to-day operations of a store, including receiving, storing, and organizing inventory. They also ensure the store is clean and safe, and that customers have a positive experience. Responsibilities Inventory management: Receive, store, and organize inventory, and maintain accurate records of stock levels Store operations: Ensure the store runs smoothly and efficiently, and collaborate with team members Customer service: Address customer complaints and concerns, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction Safety and security: Create a clean and safe store environment, and establish security and safety measures Sales: Drive sales, set sales quotas, and manage performance Human resources: Recruit, hire, train, and fire staff, and manage schedules Accounting: Manage the budget, generate payroll, and meet sales and financial targets Store incharges may also be responsible for: Dispatching finished products, Maintaining minimum and maximum stock levels, Verifying bills, Maintaining visual merchandising standards, and Creating emergency and lock-down strategies.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
