**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site role located in Jaipur for a Packing Incharge. The Packing Incharge will be responsible for overseeing the packing of finished jewelry products to ensure they are packed in an appropriate and secure manner for transport. The Packing Incharge will also be responsible for managing a team of packers and verifying that customer orders are complete before shipping.

**Qualifications**
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Experience in managing a team and coordinating tasks
- Experience in packing or shipping preferred
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to ensure accuracy of orders
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with colleagues and customers
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
