**Location: Mokhampura (Bagru) Jaipur, Rajasthan**

**Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Science, Chemistry, Microbiology, Food Engineering, or Food Processing.**

**Experience: Minimum 3 to 5 Years in food processing**

Job responsibilities:

- 1. Responsible for testing of raw materials (Rise, corn, gram, oil, seasoning) & PM (CFC, laminate, Bopp tap). Like FFA, PV, IV, PHOSPHORUS, SAP UNSAP, SPG, TPM, SIEV TEST, OVEN MOISTURE,PSD ANALYSIS, ASH & AIA, HAVY FILTH, ALCOHOLIC ACIDITY, SOUP TEST, SALT TEST, ACIDITY,CS,BS, GSM,ART WORK & SOLVENT TEAST.

2. Responsible for all document handling & reports like (DQR, Raw data, daily MIS, Calibration, CAPA) for all marketing complaints.

3. ISO Audit (ISO2200-2018) Compliances & also its NC and CAPA reports.

4. Responsible for monitoring of all chemicals & testing reports as NABL Lab Like (water testing, hand & equipment Swab, nitrogen, compressor, air monitoring, WTP & ETP).

5. Lead and manage a team of quality control personnel, providing guidance, and support as needed.

**Skills**:
1. Strong technical knowledge of food safety regulations, quality control procedures and manufacturing processes.

2. Proven experience as a Quality Manager or similar role.

3. Understanding of budgeting and performance management.

4. Excellent planning and leadership abilities.

5. MS office.

6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
