**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Execute and document the overall **Batch Academic Plan** for assigned batches.
- Manage training from start to finish, maintaining academic records such as growth reports, weekly reports, and assessments.
- Conduct **On-Job-Training (OJT)** visits and prepare assessment reports.
- Keep the **Master Trainer** informed of batch progress.
- Ensure alignment of academic operations with center planning.

**Skills Required**:

- **Platform Skills**: Excellent presentation skills to effectively deliver content.
- **Technical Knowledge**: Strong practical and theoretical knowledge in the beauty and personal care industry.
- **Teaching Skills**: Advanced teaching abilities in both online and offline modes.
- **Management Skills**: Strong delegation, trainee counseling, and multitasking abilities.
- **Communication**: Proficient in Tamil, Hindi, and basic English.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Minimum **Diploma** in the beauty and personal care domain.
- **Experience**: At least **2+ years of practical** experience in the beauty industry and **1-2 years** of academic teaching experience.
- Experience in designing training programs and workshops will be an added advantage.

- Gender**:Female**

- Tamil, Hindi (preferred)
- Basic English

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
