- Ideally, s/he should have prior Inside Sales experience in a Software Services company.

**Job Requirement**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Proactively prospect for qualified leads within the USA. Experience in the USA is highly preferred. UK and/or Europe experience would be a plus.
- Create and prioritize target prospect lists, either within the defined territory or by vertical.
- Penetrate, profile, qualify, and schedule well-qualified meetings with key decision makers within targeted companies.
- Bring in best practices from her/his prior Inside Sales experience to ensure the quality and relevance of the leads generated.
- Manages her/his assigned territory and process vis-à-vis Inside Sales.
- Plans and presents weekly activities and forecasts monthly numbers.

**Qualifications**:

- Educational Qualification - Graduate. MBA would be a plus
- Relevant experience of 2-6 years in Inside Sales.
- Experience in international markets is required; preferably in the USA.
- Hands-on experience with sales tools like company databases/prospecting tools, networking tools, CRM tools, etc.
