**Job Title**:FMCG General Trade Sales Executive**

**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Develop and execute to achieve assigned sales targets.**:

- **Identify and acquire new clients within the General Trade channel, including small retailers, kirana stores, and local markets.**:

- **Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.**:

- **Conduct market research to identify new costumers and trends.**:

- **Negotiate and close deals with clients, ensuring profitable margins.**:

- **Monitor market trends and competitor activities to increase the sales.**:

- **To work according to the beat plan.**:

- **Maintain proper sales records for management.**:

- **Ensure the availability of products in the market and Increase customer base.**:

- **Provide feedback on customer needs and market trends to the sales and marketing teams.**

**Qualifications**:
**1. Pre university education.**

**2. Proven experience in FMCG GT sales with a track record of achieving targets.**

**3. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.**

**4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.**

**5. Valid driver's license and own vehicle.**

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus

Work Location: In person
