RADISE is seeking a Proposal Coordinator/Writer to join in Hyderabad and participate on a wide variety of IT Staffing Proposals

**Responsibilities include**:

- Manages the analysis of RFP documents to understand requirements and formulates questions for client clarification.
- Creates a basic compliance matrix and schedule, outlining the entire proposal process from initiation to delivery.
- Participates in writing non-technical sections of the proposal, such as project descriptions, resumes, team qualifications, and various management plans.
- Collaborates with Contracts to ensure all financial and legal requirements, as well as proposal forms, are addressed per RFQ/RFP guidelines.
- Develops a foundational understanding of all requirements specified in the RFQ/RFP documents.
- Produces initial and final versions of proposal documents, ensuring responsiveness to the RFP, accuracy, and basic quality. Focuses on document layout for clear visual presentation.
- Conducts a basic quality check of the final printed proposal documents, ensuring compliance with RFP requirements and adherence to the Three C’s of proposal development (compelling, compliant, comprehensive).

**Qualification**
- Any Degree, Prior experience in Proposal writing.
- Experience in the IT Staffing proposals for State/County/Local in US
- Excellent organization/time management skills to meet strict deadlines.
- Excellent use of the English language, strong writing skills, and an ability to solve problems quickly in a fast-paced environment Competent in Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
