**Job Title**: IT Proposal Writer

**Job Location**: Jubliee hills, Hyderabad.

**Job Type**: Full-time

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Review and analyze RFPs, RFIs, and other tender documents to determine proposal requirements and develop strategies for addressing them.
- Work closely with technical and business stakeholders to gather information and ensure proposals are technically accurate, feasible, and aligned with company objectives.
- Develop clear, concise, and persuasive written proposals that highlight the company’s strengths and demonstrate how the proposed IT solutions meet client needs.
- Create detailed and customized cost estimates, pricing models, and project timelines.
- Ensure proposals comply with all requirements, standards, and deadlines.
- Coordinate with graphic designers and other team members to ensure proposals are visually appealing and well-organized.
- Manage proposal submission timelines and ensure all necessary documentation is completed and submitted on time.
- Continuously update proposal templates, content libraries, and best practices.
- Participate in client presentations and meetings when required.
- Track and report on the success rate of submitted proposals and gather feedback to improve future submissions.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
- 4-8+ years of experience in IT proposal writing or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of IT services, solutions, and products, with the ability to translate technical information into clear, customer-focused language.
- Exceptional written communication skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams to gather information and ensure proposal quality.
- Familiarity with proposal management tools and software.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple deadlines, and work under pressure.
- Strong organizational, time management, and project management skills.
- Knowledge of IT industry standards, trends, and competitive landscape.
- Experience with government and corporate RFPs is a plus.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Certification in Proposal Management (e.g., APMP).
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
- Prior experience in a sales engineering or technical consulting role.

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
