As an E-Recruiter, you will play a key role in attracting and sourcing top talent for our organization. You will leverage your internship experience to assist in the full recruitment cycle, from posting job openings to conducting interviews and onboarding new hires. Your passion for recruitment and understanding of digital platforms will help us streamline our hiring processes and enhance our employer brand.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and develop job descriptions.
- Create and post job advertisements on various online platforms and social media.
- Assist in reference checks and background screenings.
- Help manage employer branding initiatives and social media recruitment strategies.
- Analyze recruitment metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Internship experience in recruiting or talent acquisition is required.
- Familiarity with online job boards, social media, and recruitment tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic data analysis.
