Key Responsibilities

End to end process of recruitment (IT and Non-IT)

 Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications.

 Identify the right platforms to post job vacancies.

 Update team with trends in the job market to shape recruitment

strategies.

 Sourcing right profiles through effective usage of Internal Systems /

Database, Job Portals, Postings and Networking within desired time

frame.

 Shortlisting and scheduling interviews.

 Coordination of further selection process.

 Salary Negotiation.

 Background verification.

 Vendor management to maintain minimum recruitment cost.

On boarding

 Offer Letter Generation.

 Appointment Letter issuance.

 Induction.

 New Joinee introduction to the Team.

Team player

 Working closely with different departments and branches based on

the requirements.

 Ability to work independently and multi task in a fast-paced

environment to fill urgent job openings.

Reports

 Maintain recruitment Tracker.

 Maintain Employee records.

 Documentation for employee documents, agreements.

 Monthly reports.

Pay: From ₹16,000.00 per month
