**Key Responsibilities**
- Handle daily accounting entries for sales, purchases, receipts, and payments.
- Prepare and maintain financial statements, ledgers, and reconciliations.
- Process invoices, expense claims, and vendor payments.
- Manage accounts receivable and payable, ensuring timely collections and payments.
- Conduct bank reconciliations and cash flow monitoring.
- Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Ensure compliance with taxation requirements (GST, TDS, income tax, etc.).
- Support annual audits and liaise with external auditors.
- Maintain proper documentation of financial records and transactions.
- Work closely with other departments to support budgeting and cost control.

**Required Qualifications & Skills**
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Proven experience in accounting or finance roles.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, SAP) and MS Excel.
- Attention to detail, accuracy, and strong analytical skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities.

**Preferred Skills**
- Professional certification (CA Inter, CMA Inter, ACCA, or similar) is a plus.
- Experience in payroll processing.
- Knowledge of ERP systems.

**Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)**
- Accuracy and timeliness of financial reports.
- On-time vendor payments and collections.
- Compliance with audit and tax requirements.
- Reduction in outstanding receivables.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,405.34 - ₹31,966.91 per month
