The Role

The responsibility includes:
- Monitoring connectivity, synchronization, replication, net logon, time services, FSMO roles, schema, NTDS database partitions, DNS settings, SRV records, and trust relationships.- Monitor and resolve security/ Vulnerability situations at all levels of the domain to ensure a stable and secure domain server environment.- Advanced level of Administration of Windows server with active directory, DNS, DHCP and High Availability.- Capable to handle All Major Incidents related to Active Directory and Domain environment.- Deployment/Administration of Azure AD Connect Tool, Configuring Synchronization Rules, Troubleshoot Synchronization Issues.- Enforce compliance with industry regulations and organizational policies for Windows, ESXi, Linux, and Office 365 environments.- Align infrastructure objectives with broader business goals, including those related to Office 365.- Integrate and manage cloud computing technologies, including Office 365, to enhance overall infrastructure efficiency.- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across Windows, ESXi, Linux, and Office 365 environments.-
- Maintain comprehensive documentation for compliance and performance tracking across all platforms and Office 365 services.

Required Technical and Professional Experience- 12+ years of experience in data center management, with a focus on Windows OS, VMware, Active Directory administration and Azure AD administration and O365 administration.- Strong understanding of architecting and configuring Microsoft Windows OS technology including Active Directory Forests, Domains, Trusts, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy and Organizational Units.- Implementation, management and troubleshooting of the Active Directory Domain Forest. Creation and removal of domains. Multi-forest management within the Active Directory as well as dealing with one-way and two-way trust relationships.- Hands-on experience & Strong knowledge in AD Migrations, Transitions, Active directory Forest Implementation. Experience in AD Inter-Forest Migration using AD Manager, Quest/ADMT tools, AD connect deployments, AD Upgradation projects.- Working within the Active Directory database for maintenance, recovery, and troubleshooting.- SCCM Knowledge is a must and MS Intune Knowledge and strong Leadership and Communication skills.- Windows Server certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Administrator) & VMware certifications (e.g., VMware Certified Professional - Data Center Virtualization).- Script development (PowerShell, Windows batch, Linux shell)- Design, implementation and automation of PowerShell- Hands-on experience & Strong knowledge ADFS, DFS, Windows PKI.- Advanced Azure AD integration with O365 maintenance and troubleshooting- Advanced O365 new setup and migration to O365-
- Experience with VMware and HyperV administration- Experience with Hyper-V/VMware setup and migration- Experience installing and configuring the ESXi host and virtual machine- Experience configuring virtual switch and network connections- Experience with creation, deletion, and modification of server VM’s in Hyper V Management server.
