Azure Cloud Architect

As the Azure Cloud Architect, you will be leading the design, implementation, and support of our Azure cloud network and security infrastructure. You will work closely with cross - functional teams to ensure the reliability, security, and scalability of our cloud-based consumption, and for Azure based network and security solutions sold to our clients. Key Responsibilities: - Design and Implementation: Architect and implement highly scalable, flexible, and resilient cloud solutions on Microsoft Azure, including IaaS, PaaS, networking and security components. - Azure Virtual WAN: Design and build a global network service platform that provides networking, security, and routing functionalities for an enterprise SD-WAN network with strong security, scalability, visibility all together. - Infrastructure as Code: Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) templates using Bicep, ARM, and Terraform to automate resource provisioning and management. - Cloud Migration: Lead or assist in Azure cloud migration projects, moving workloads from on-premises environments to Azure and within Azure, ensuring mínimal downtime and a seamless transition. - Logging and Monitoring: Set up and configure monitoring, logging, and alerting systems (Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, Application Insights) to ensure the performance, availability, and cost optimization of Azure infrastructure. - Troubleshoot operational issues, escalate as appropriate and offer solutions. - Perform risk assessments of existing and new cloud networking technology deployments. - Assist with the establishment of standards, tools, and processes to be used by the NTT Global Networks team in relation to Azure cloud services and create procedures to guarantee adherence and compliance to those standards. - Develop, document, and understand internal IT processes and procedures related to Azure Cloud network and security services. - Ensure timely resolution of Azure Cloud network and security issues, responsible for communicating with all impacted parties the status and resolution of all issues. - Collaborate with development teams to ensure the availability, reliability, and - Implement security controls and compliance measures to protect Azure cloud resources and data. - Evaluate new Azure services and technologies to drive innovation and efficiency. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members to foster professional growth and development. to ensure seamless integration within the production environment, including Sensitivity Label: General validation planning, validation testing coordination, and reporting production readiness for deployment. - Ensure timely resolution of issues, responsible for communicating with all impacted parties the status and resolution of all issues. - Keep current on new technologies and advancements in current technologies. - Assists with special projects or other duties as assigned. **Requirements**: - Min 8+ yrs of cloud networking design, implementation and support experience specifically in Azure environment; and 10+ years in IP networking design, implementation and support - Hands-on experience with successful migration of on-prem infrastructure to Azure and within Azure is a must. - Strong expertise in Azure network stack and network security (Virtual Network, vWAN, NSGs, ExpressRoute, Traffic Manager, Load Balancer, Azure DNS, VPN Gateway, Application Gateway, Azure Firewall) - Experience in Azure Compute (Virtual Machines and Service Fabric) and Identity & Access Management (Azure Active Directory, Azure Active Directory B2B, Azure Active Directory Domain Services, Multi-Factor Authentication) - Extensive experience with Terraform for infrastructure as code. In-depth knowledge of CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps - Experience leading cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment. - Solid understanding of Azure cloud security best practices and compliance standards. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels. - Experience with automation tools and scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Azure CLI) preferred. - In-depth working knowledge of large IP backbone network routing, such as MPLS, BGP, and OSPF routing protocols architecture, and security best practice. - Proven hands-on experience in configuring firewalls, IPS, URL Filtering, and design of high availability cloud security systems. - Proven hands-on experience in design and configuration of Azure Virtual WAN and Azure ExpressRoute Certifications: - Azure certifications (e.g., Azure Solutions Architect, Azure Network/Security Engineer Associate or similar) **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent Pay: Up to ₹2,500,000.00 per year **Benefits**: - Food provided - Health insurance - Paid time off - Provident Fund Sch
