**Job Description - Presales Executive (Remote)**
**Position**: Presales Executive
**Location**: Remote - Based in India
**Employment Type**: Full-Time (Remote)
**Role Overview**
**Remote Presales Executive** to join our dynamic team. You will support UAE operations by qualifying potential leads and ensuring a seamless transition to our business consultants. You'll act as the first point of contact for clients interested in setting up companies in the UAE and play a vital role in maintaining an efficient presales pipeline.
**Key Responsibilities**
**1. Lead Qualification**
- Evaluate client needs including type of business setup (Mainland, Free Zone, Offshore), budget, and timelines.
- Categorize leads (hot/warm/cold) to help prioritize follow-ups.
- ₹20,000 - ₹25,000 per month (based on experience and performance)
**2. CRM Management and Lead Assignment**
- Accurately document all lead interactions in the CRM system.
- Assign leads to relevant sales advisors based on service needs and team availability.
- Continuously monitor CRM records to ensure up-to-date tracking of every prospect.
**3. Remote Coordination**
- Maintain clear and timely communication with UAE-based teams.
- Support client onboarding from India while maintaining responsiveness across time zones.
- Provide general support to sales, operations, and client relations teams remotely.
**Qualifications and Skills**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- 1-2 years of experience in presales, lead qualification, or customer support.
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
- Experience using CRM tools and managing virtual workflows.
- Strong time management and attention to detail.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
**Work Mode**
- This is a **remote full-time role**, operating from **any location in India**.
- Stable internet connection and a dedicated work setup are required.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
