**Job Description: Project Associate**

**Position**: Project Associate
**Location**: Kamrup & Goalpara

**Reporting To**: Project Manager
**Employment Type**: Full-time

**No. of Posts**: 02

**Job Summary**:
The Project Associate will oversee the documentation, communication and MIS of a Handloom Project in the assigned districts. The major role involves data collection, compilation, MIS maintenance and communication. In addition, the Project Associate will also assist the Project Coordinator and District Coordinators in field activities.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct Baseline Surveys, identify and mobilize weaver communities and assist in forming producer groups or cooperatives.
- Assist District Teams in organizing training and capacity-building programs for weavers.
- Conduct field visits to capture data on the progress of project activities and income tracking.
- Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping at Office level.
- Maintain MIS of beneficiaries
- Develop Communication media w.r.t. the project.

**Required Qualifications and Skills**:
**Educational Qualifications**:
**Experience**:

- At least 2 - 3 years of experience in documentation, managing communication & MIS in any project.

**Skills**:

- Strong office management and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in regional language(s) and English.

**Personal Attributes**:

- Willingness to travel extensively within the districts.

**Duration**:

- The duration of the assignment will be for a period of 12 months with scope of extension based on performance.

**Remuneration**:

- Competitive salary commensurate with experience and qualifications.

**How to Apply**:
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
