Key Responsibilities:

- **Reservation Handling**:

- Accurately enter and update reservation information in the hotel's reservation system.
- Confirm reservations, process payments, and issue receipts.
- Handle special requests and provide information on room rates, availability, and hotel services.
- **Customer Service**:

- Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries, resolving complaints, and offering solutions.
- Communicate effectively with guests to understand their needs and preferences.
- Assist guests with changes to their reservations, cancellations, and refunds according to hotel policies.
- **Sales and Upselling**:

- Promote and upsell additional hotel services and amenities, such as room upgrades, meal plans, spa treatments, and excursions.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to achieve revenue targets and occupancy goals.
- **Record Keeping and Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all reservations and guest interactions.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reservation reports for management review.
- Monitor and manage room inventory to ensure optimal availability and occupancy rates.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹64,659.19 per month
