**Role : Marketing & Operation intern**

**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a motivated and creative individual to join our team as a Marketing and Operations Intern. In this role, you will have the unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in both marketing and operational aspects, contributing to the overall success of our organization.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Marketing**:

- Assist in the creation and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for brand enhancement.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to analyze campaign performance and suggest improvements.
- Assist in the planning and coordination of events or promotional activities.

**Operations**:

- Support day-to-day operational tasks to ensure smooth business processes.
- Assist in analyzing and optimizing internal workflows for increased efficiency.
- Contribute to the development and documentation of standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance communication and streamline operations.
- Provide general administrative support to the marketing and operations departments.

**Qualifications**:

- Currently enrolled in a relevant undergraduate or graduate program.
- Strong interest in marketing and business operations.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Creativity and ability to think outside the box.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
