- Demonstrate a strong sense of comprehensive ownership towards the vision of our podcast and company as a whole.
- Collaborate effectively with the production team, exhibiting excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Work independently with mínimal guidance, showcasing focused and effective leadership skills.
- Embody a genuine passion and awareness for the content and energy of the show.
- Conscious individual fostering mindful workspace energy and ensuring a productive creative atmosphere.
- Excellent time management and scheduling skill to maintain highest standard of quality and consistency across all podcast episodes and platforms.
- Exceptional listener, attuned of capturing nuances and enhancing the quality of conversations.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in video production, podcast production, or a related field.

**-**Independent, driven, and self-motivated mindset. Familiarity with the long-format, conversational style of shows like the Joe Rogan Experience.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a diverse team
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
