**Job Description: Podcast Producer & Motion Graphics Artist**

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities:Podcast Production (Video & Audio)**:

- **Shooting and Setup**:

- Plan and execute podcast video shoots, including setting up cameras, lighting, and audio equipment.
- Ensure professional-quality visuals and sound for in-studio or on-location shoots.
- Provide creative direction during shoots to maintain a polished and engaging look.
- **Audio and Video Editing**:

- Edit podcast episodes, including cutting, syncing, and refining video and audio.
- Enhance audio clarity with noise reduction, EQ, and mastering techniques.
- Ensure seamless transitions, titles, and overlays to maintain a professional finish.

**Motion Graphics and Animation**:

- **Visual Enhancements**:

- Design and animate dynamic intros, outros, lower thirds, and transitions for podcast episodes.
- Create engaging motion graphics to illustrate key podcast points or highlight topics.
- Incorporate visual storytelling to make podcast content more captivating.
- **Brand Consistency**:

- Ensure all visuals align with the brand’s identity and aesthetic.
- Develop templates for recurring use in podcast episodes and other media.

**Equipment Management and Industry Connections**:

- **Equipment Ownership/Access**:

- Own or have access to high-quality cameras, microphones, lighting, and audio equipment.
- Maintain and troubleshoot equipment for optimal performance.
- **Industry Connections**:

- Leverage a network of professionals (e.g., additional videographers, sound engineers) to manage larger projects or provide supplementary services when needed.

**Creative Collaboration and Strategy**:

- Work closely with the content and marketing teams to align podcast visuals and motion graphics with overall brand strategy.
- Propose creative ideas to enhance podcast content and audience engagement.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in video and audio production tools (Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Audition, or Logic Pro).
- Expertise in motion graphics software (After Effects, Cinema 4D, Blender, or equivalent).
- Strong understanding of lighting, sound design, and video composition.
- **Creative Skills**:

- Eye for detail and aesthetics in both shooting and post-production.
- Ability to create visually compelling motion graphics that enhance podcast storytelling.
- **Soft Skills**:

- Strong organizational skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of end-to-end production.
- **Equipment and Network**:

- Ownership or access to professional-grade video, audio, and lighting equipment.
- Industry connections to source additional support if needed.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Degree in Film, Media Production, Animation, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in podcast production, videography, or motion graphics.
- A strong portfolio showcasing podcast videos, motion graphics, and related work.
