▎Job Summary:
The Party Host is responsible for planning, organizing, and executing events and parties, ensuring a memorable and enjoyable experience for guests. This role involves coordinating all aspects of the event, from setup to teardown, while providing excellent customer service and managing guest interactions.

▎Key Responsibilities:

- Event Planning: Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and requirements for the event. Assist in selecting themes, venues, and activities.
- Coordination: Oversee all logístical aspects of the event, including catering, decorations, entertainment, and audiovisual needs.
- Setup and Teardown: Manage the setup of the event space, ensuring that all elements are in place before guests arrive. Coordinate teardown and cleanup after the event.
- Guest Interaction: Welcome guests upon arrival, provide information about the event schedule, and ensure they feel comfortable and engaged throughout the event.
- Problem Solving: Address any issues or concerns that arise during the event promptly and effectively to ensure a smooth experience for guests.
- Supervision: Manage event staff, including servers, bartenders, and volunteers, ensuring everyone understands their roles and responsibilities.
- Budget Management: Assist in managing the event budget, tracking expenses, and ensuring that costs remain within established limits.
- Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from clients and guests post-event to assess satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.

▎Qualifications:

- degree in hospitality management, event planning, or a related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in event planning, hospitality, or customer service roles.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Proficiency in event management software or tools is a plus.

▎Preferred Skills:

- Creative problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of current trends in event planning and entertainment.
- Experience with budgeting and financial management related to events.

▎Work Environment:

- The role may require working in various settings, including private homes, banquet halls, outdoor venues, or corporate offices. It may involve lifting and moving equipment or decorations.

▎Salary: 20,000 - 25,000

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
