▎Job Overview:
As a Party Host, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for guests during various events. Your primary duties will include planning, organizing, and executing parties while ensuring that all guests have a memorable experience. You will serve as the main point of contact for guests, coordinating activities, managing logistics, and addressing any needs or concerns.

▎Key Responsibilities:

- Event Planning: Assist in the planning and preparation of events, including theme selection, décor, menu choices, and entertainment.
- Guest Engagement: Greet guests upon arrival, provide information about the event, and ensure they feel welcomed and comfortable.
- Logistics Management: Coordinate event setup and breakdown, including seating arrangements, decorations, and audio/visual equipment.
- Activity Coordination: Organize games, activities, or entertainment to enhance guest experience during the event.
- Communication: Serve as the liaison between guests and vendors to ensure smooth operations and address any issues that arise.
- Customer Service: Respond promptly to guest inquiries or requests during the event, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Safety Compliance: Ensure that all safety protocols are followed and that the venue is compliant with health and safety regulations.
- Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from guests post-event to improve future party experiences.

▎Qualifications:

- Previous experience in event hosting, hospitality, or customer service is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of event planning and coordination.
- Flexible schedule, including availability for evenings and weekends.

▎Physical Requirements:

- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to [insert weight] as needed for event setup and breakdown.
