**Internship Overview**:
As a Website Copywriter Intern, specializing in cricket, you will have the unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in creating engaging and informative content for websites, blogs, and various online platforms. You will work closely with our experienced copywriters and have the chance to enhance your skills in a professional setting while contributing to our clients' digital presence in the world of cricket.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in writing, editing, and proofreading website copy, articles, blog posts, and other digital content related to cricket. Ensure content is accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with the client's brand voice and objectives.
- Develop a deep understanding of cricket and stay updated on the latest developments, matches, players, and trends to create timely and relevant content.
- Learn and implement SEO best practices to optimize website content for search engines. Participate in keyword research and incorporate keywords into content.
- Collaborate with the design, marketing, and social media teams to support a cohesive online presence for our clients in the cricket industry.
- Assist in maintaining high-quality content standards, including grammar, style, and accuracy. Review and edit content as required.
- Contribute to content calendar creation and adhere to deadlines while gaining experience in content strategy development.

**Qualifications**:

- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communication, or a related field.
- A genuine interest in cricket and a willingness to learn and deepen your knowledge.
- Strong written communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
- An eye for detail and a commitment to delivering quality content.
- Basic understanding of content management systems and digital tools is a plus
