**As a Copywriter with Jumbotail, you will**: 1. Understand Jumbotail and it’s verticals from a Brand point of view and position us in the market through great copy 2 Develop effective, original and targeted marketing copy for the promotion and positioning to the next billion people of India 3.Conduct user studies to understand target audience deeply to design effective copy 4. Awareness and ability to work within frameworks of Marketing and Branding 5. Work collaboratively with stakeholders (Business, People Experience, Customer Delight, Design, Legal) & communicate copy for different kinds of target audiences 6.

Communicate complex ideas, workflows, policy requirements, merchandise schemes, and other such information in a simplified manner. 7. Develop a Design system for accurate tones, styles, and consistency in writing content 8. Curate and ensure consistency in communication between multiple Indian languages.

9. Understand the different language styles that appeal to various target markets Requirements: We’re looking for a writer who can help us communicate with the next billion people of India, who lack the reading literacy for any language and for whom, communication in their language, culture & business acts as the primary mode of communication. Your writing skills should help translate the information into an easily consumable form for our customers. As a copywriter, you should be aware of the user-centered write-up and be able to continuously refine the communication language that best works for our users.

Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment, deliver within short time frames and meet tight deadlines. Ability to give attention to details, acknowledge feedback and manifest it constructively. Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Possess good people and project management skill Expert at writing skills, editing, and proofreading abilities Excellent command over English and Kannada.

Other languages are a bonus.
