Client Acquisition: Utilize Upwork, Freelancer, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other platforms to identify and acquire new clients.

Client Communication: Effectively communicate with potential and existing clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions.

Foreign Client Handling: Manage and nurture relationships with international clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.

Sales Conversion: Convert leads into paying clients by demonstrating the value of our IT services and negotiating contracts.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with the project management and development teams to ensure client requirements are clearly understood and met.

Team Handling: Lead and mentor junior sales team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.

Product Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of SEO, SMO, digital marketing, web development, and app development to effectively communicate with clients and suggest appropriate services.

Reporting: Regularly report on sales activities, client feedback, and market trends to senior management.
