**Job Title**: MIS Executive**Department**: Information Technology / Operations / Management**Reports To**: MIS Manager / Operations Manager / Senior Management**Job Summary**:
The MIS Executive is responsible for managing, maintaining, and analyzing data to support business operations and decision-making. The role involves preparing reports, ensuring data accuracy, automating reporting systems, and supporting various departments with data-driven insights.

**Key Responsibilities:1. Data Management and Reporting**
- Collect, compile, and analyze data from multiple sources (sales, finance, operations, HR, etc.).
- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Develop dashboards and automate reporting processes using tools such as Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all reporting systems.

**2. System Maintenance and Support**
- Manage and update the company’s MIS database systems.
- Coordinate with IT teams for troubleshooting and system enhancements.
- Ensure secure and efficient storage of data.

**3. Business Analysis**
- Provide data insights and analysis to management for strategic decisions.
- Identify trends, variances, and performance gaps through data analysis.
- Support management in forecasting, budgeting, and performance reviews.

**4. Coordination and Communication**
- Collaborate with different departments to gather data and understand reporting requirements.
- Present reports and dashboards to management in an understandable format.
- Train and support staff in using MIS tools and reports.

**Skills and Competencies**:

- Strong knowledge of **MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros)** and/or **Google Sheets**:

- Experience with **SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools** is a plus
- Good understanding of **database management and reporting systems**:

- Analytical thinking and attention to detail
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Ability to manage multiple reports and deadlines

**Education and Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree in **Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field**:

- 1-3 years of experience in MIS, data analysis, or reporting roles
- Experience in a similar industry (manufacturing, retail, finance, logistics, etc.) is advantageous
