**Job Title**: MIS Executive
**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Data Management**:

- Collect, maintain, and update data and ensure its accuracy.
- Organize and store data in a structured format for easy retrieval and reporting.

**MIS System Management**:

- Maintain the company’s MIS system and ensure its smooth operation.
- Identify system improvements and collaborate with IT teams for any enhancements or troubleshooting.

**Support Decision Making**:

- Provide timely and accurate reports to management for strategic decision-making.
- Assist various departments by providing data insights and reports relevant to their operations.

**Database Maintenance**:

- Regularly update and maintain the databases to ensure they are up-to-date and error-free.
- Manage large volumes of data and ensure data integrity and security.

**Automation & Process Improvement**:

- Identify opportunities for process automation and improvement within the MIS.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an **MIS Executive** or in a similar role involving data management and reporting.
- Advanced proficiency in **MS Excel** (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.).
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Experience with **SQL**, **databases**, and reporting tools like **Power BI** or **Tableau** is a plus.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously.

**Additional Information**:

- Experience in insurance industry is an added advantage.
- The role may involve cross-departmental collaboration to gather and present data.

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
