**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and generate leads for the CRM product through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
- Present and demonstrate the CRM product to potential clients, addressing their business needs effectively.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
- Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions and update the CRM system regularly.
- Stay informed about market trends, competitors, and customer requirements.
- Provide post-sale support and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in software, IT solutions, or CRM products.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills in **Hindi and English**.
- Ability to understand client requirements and recommend tailored CRM solutions.
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve sales targets.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and sales tracking systems.
- A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
