Inside Sales Executive

As an Inside Sales Representative at Provis Technologies, you will play a key role in driving sales growth by engaging with potential clients, understanding their needs, and presenting our technology solutions. You will work closely with the sales team to develop relationships, close deals, and ensure customer satisfaction.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Lead Generation**: Identify and qualify leads through various channels, including inbound inquiries, cold calling, and networking.
- **Sales Presentations**: Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients, showcasing the benefits and features of our technology solutions.
- **Relationship Building**: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as the primary point of contact for inquiries and support.
- **Sales Strategy**: Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies to meet or exceed sales targets and drive revenue growth.
- **CRM Management**: Utilize the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to track sales activities, manage leads, and report on sales performance.
- **Market Research**: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to effectively position our offerings.
- **Follow-up**: Conduct timely follow-ups with leads and customers to ensure a seamless sales process and high customer satisfaction.
**Qualifications**:
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- **Experience**: Proven experience in inside sales, preferably in the technology sector.
- **Skills**:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
