In this role, you will be the first point of contact for prospective clients, responsible for driving engagement, nurturing relationships, and moving leads through the sales pipeline. You’ll conduct outreach via phone, follow up with leads, set appointments, and collaborate closely with the sales team to convert interest into opportunities.
**Key Responsibilities**
Lead Generation & Outreach
- **Initiate Contact**: Conduct prospecting and cold calls to introduce Provis Technologies and identify qualified leads.
- **Follow-Up Engagement**: Call leads who have interacted with marketing campaigns to assess interest and set next steps.
- **Reminder & Confirmation Calls**: Ensure clients are informed and prepared for upcoming sales meetings or demos.
Client Relationship Management
- **Needs Analysis**: Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and align them with our services.
- **Objection Handling**: Address client questions and concerns with confidence and professionalism.
- **Relationship Building**: Foster trust and rapport through consistent, value-driven communication.
Pipeline & CRM Management
- **Sales Tracking**: Maintain detailed records of all client interactions and sales stages in CRM tools such as **Salesforce**, **HubSpot**, and **Apollo**.
- **Progress Reporting**: Keep the sales team updated with client insights, lead status, and pipeline activity.
- **Call Volume**: Consistently meet daily outreach targets (e.g., 50 calls/day) while maintaining high engagement quality.
Meeting Coordination
- **Schedule Appointments**: Book meetings between interested clients and the senior sales team.
- **Prepare Clients**: Share agendas and ensure clients are ready for meetings.
- **Rescheduling & Follow-Up**: Handle changes efficiently and keep clients engaged.
- Proven communication and persuasion skills
- Experience in a sales, telemarketing, or inside sales role
- Proficient in CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, Apollo, etc.)
- High call stamina and goal orientation
- A team player with a customer-first mindset
