**Key Responsibilities**:
1) Handle inbound inquiries from clients, including healthcare providers and patients, providing accurate and timely assistance.

2) Offer compassionate and professional support, addressing queries related to medical procedures, appointment scheduling, and more.

3) Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate information distribution and problem resolution.

4) Document interactions accurately in our systems, maintaining data integrity and confidentiality.

**Qualifications**:
Must have excellent communication skills in English (both oral and written)

Willingness to work in night shift and join ASAP

Both experienced and freshers can apply

Within 35 years
