- **About the Role**:_
- **ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:_
- I. Development of Physiotherapy Undergraduate Content for Physio Brid & Quality Check of the Content developed by other respective team members._
- II. Quality Check of Physio Brid overall Content._
- III. Quality Check of existing Physiotherapy Books & Manuscripts._
- IV. Quality Check of Physio Brid digital Content._

Ø _You have to keep yourself updated with the current trends in Physiotherapy examinations and develop the content accordingly._

Ø _You have to do the Quality check of All Physio Brid Books & Videos by going through them superficially or in depth of all the Videos/Content and need to give your inputs on how to make content more useful for the students and where ever needed you will help the content team to fill the lacunae and gaps with your involvement._

Ø _You need to give your inputs from time to time for our existing Titles and wherever needed, you have to review the content in-depth and tell us the strong & weak points of current titles and need to provide deep analysis of the new manuscripts._

Ø _In future, if needed you have to attend State/National Level Conferences and represent PhysioBrid and also help us in connecting with good faculties and taking them on board as Reviewer & Contributor for Various Projects._

Ø _Your Vision should align with the company’s Vision of reaching on the top in EdTech & Physiotherapy publishing and you should give all your best possible efforts, Initiatives & Contributions towards the same._

Ø _You need to keep a watch on other Physiotherapy Educational Apps/Websites and keep yourself updated with current market trends and making out strategies on how to make ourselves one step ahead from the competition._
- **SKILLS REQUIRED**:_
- A. You have to keep a futuristic approach and find out new gap areas and new ideas to implement digitally_
- B. You have to be little flexible & Open minded in your working patterns & styles as per the needs and wants of the Project._
- C. You have to take Ownership of the work and be diligent enough to take the sole responsibility of the complete development without being dependent._
- D. Whatever content you are developing in the form of Text & Videos, that will be Companies Copyright and you will not use that content anywhere and you will maintain the Project Secrecy/Confidentiality._
- **QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED**:_
- _MPT with a strong academic record_
- _Experience of a minimum of 7 Years in the Profession_
- _Good command of English language_
- _Knowledge of plagiarism software and tools (Optional)_
- _Highly creative, proactive, and achievement-driven with a strong work ethic and an aptitude for effective implementation and execution._
