Must Have Skills:
Roles and Responsibility:

- **Serving as the liaison between current clients and the media, from strategy development to campaign implementation**.

**- Leading a team of 5-10 PR Executives/ Sr. PR Executives to achieve expected goals for the organization**.
- Lead reporting and analytics for your team's clients.
- Ability to understand the problem at hand and figuring solutions to deliver expected results (Consultant's approach rather than just being a PR manager).
- Leveraging and maintaining existing media relationships while cultivating new ones as required.
- **Content creation as required.**
- Ability to develop SOP practices and ensuring they are followed.
- Working with consultants to develop specific learning modules for relevant skillsets of your team members.

Skills Required:
**- 3-5 years of relevant PR experience (which is preferably agency experience).**
- Understanding of Regional PR/Media and experience of executing Regional PR campaigns.
- **Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.**
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills.
- Relevant education in PR/Mass Comm would be preferred (Not mandatory).

Remuneration:
**Salary**: ₹50,000.00 - ₹85,000.00 per month
