Public relations officers in real estate settings are responsible for maintaining the desired image of a health care facility in the public eye. As such, they must be knowledgeable about the internal workings of the facility and must also be aware of its strategic objectives. Having good people skills and strong interpersonal communication skills are also paramount to being successful in this type of role. A strong network of media contacts and having exceptional persuasive writing skills can also be an asset.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop PR campaigns and media relations strategies
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g. marketing) and maintain open communication with senior management
- Edit and update promotional material and publications (brochures, videos, social media posts etc.)
- Prepare and distribute press releases
- Organize PR events (e.g. open days, press conferences) and serve as the company’s spokesperson
- Address inquiries from the media and other parties
- Track media coverage and follow industry trends
- Prepare and submit PR reports
- Strong communication ability (oral and written)
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work well under pressure

- A public relations representative fields questions about new services, exciting developments and advances in treatment options, expansion efforts, cutting-edge equipment, specialties and high-profile medical trials and undertakings.
- Act as point of contact between the Hospital and Patients
- To build good relationship with the patients.
- Should be capable for promoting the various health packages to the patients
- Getting in touch with the media and responding to all the inquiries.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Public Relations Officer or similar PR role
- 5-8 Years of experience preferred
- Strong communication ability (oral and written)
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Creativity and problem-solving aptitude

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bengaluru Urban, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
- Background in researching, writing and editing publications
- Proficient in MS Office and social media
- Familiarity with project management software and video/photo editing is a plus
- Strong communication ability (oral and written)
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work well under pressure

- BSc/BA in Public Relations, Journalism, Communications or a related field
