**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to achieve repeat business and customer loyalty.
- Present and promote products/services to existing and prospective customers.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
- Negotiate and close deals to meet or exceed assigned sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline progress in CRM tools.
- Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, operations, finance) to ensure seamless order processing and client satisfaction.
- Attend industry events, exhibitions, and trade shows to represent the company and generate leads.
- Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates to management.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience (1-3 years) in sales, business development, or client management.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to understand customer needs and offer suitable solutions.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Self-motivated, energetic, and able to work independently or as part of a team.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
