1.1 Enquiries are registered in **Order Conversion Report (OCR) **and the same is followed by the respective personnel and registered as per the format provided.
1.2 Presentations are provided to the customers if required. **Request for Quotation (RFQ) ** shall be obtained from the customer if required depending on the size of the company
1.3 **Quotation** shall be provided to the customer. The proposal shall cover Our Scope of Work, Your Scope of Work, Confidentiality, Commercial Terms at a minimum. Depending on the company, Road Map, Project Management shall be included as required.
1.4 Once the Order is received from the customer, **Contract Agreement** is signed by the Management of the company and CEO / BD-H of CA Consultants. If the customer, provides Purchase Order, Contract Agreement may be eliminated which shall be decided on case to case basis.
1.5 The original copy of Contract Agreement / Purchase Order shall be maintained by BD-H and a copy of the same shall be provided to Administrative In-charge.
1.6 **List of Customers** shall be updated soon after we get the order from the customer. Upon Completion of the project, BD-H shall update the client in **Client Audit Tracking Report ** for monitoring towards Surveillance audits
1.8 All Marketing Executives / BD-H shall submit **Monthly Marketing Report** before 4th of every month to CEO. Performance of Marketing Executives and as team shall be evaluated and actions / training shall be initiated to meet the same.
1.9 Quarterly Review Meeting on **Business Plan** targets will be carried out between CEO & BD-H and appropriate actions shall be initiated to ensure that the targets.
1.10 BD-H shall interact with all customers under service for the month at least once in a month and shall register their comments in **Customer Communication Register **.
1.11 BD-H shall monitor Customer Satisfaction by providing **Customer Satisfaction Survey ** form to all customers just before the External audit to understand the perceptions of the customer. BD-H shall analyze the Customer satisfaction received once in 3 months and shall report to CEO during MRM.
**1.12 **Customer Complaints / appeals shall be monitored, measured, analyzed and appropriate action shall be initiated, implemented and effectively monitored as per **the Procedure for Complaints and appeals**
1.13 CEO / BD-H shall plan for additional services / Profit centers / Branches during the Business Plan preparation / review of Business Plan.
1.14 Systematic project planning shall be initiated, implemented for new service / branch opening process. All actions shall be Business Plan oriented and BD-H shall ensure that concentrated efforts towards Business plan are being initiated.
