Roles and responsibilities:

- Call existing and new potential customers and encourage them to purchase the company's services and products.
- Use sales scripts proposed by the company to drive sales and respond to customer rejections by improvising with spontaneity if required.
- Exceed daily and monthly targets with respect to call volume and sales regularly.
- Develop and maintain good relationships with existing clients and persuade repeat business.
- Stay relevant with current trends and competitors to identify improvements or recommend new products.
- Build and maintain professional networks.
- Research and recommend prospects for new business opportunities.
- Develop in-depth knowledge of customer products and services to make suitable recommendations based on customers' needs and preferences.

**Requirements**:

- Intermediate(12th) / Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
- At Least 6 months experience in the tele-calling field.
- Prior experience with sales is required.
- Should be comfortable with US Timings, In-office work.
- Fluency in English is mandatory.
- Good communication and persuasive skills.
- Should be active on Social Media and know relevant trends.
- Able to work in a pressured environment.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month

Jadwal:

- Night shift

- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- MVP Sector 10, Visakhapatnam - 530022, Andhra Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
