The Personal Assistant (PA) role is one to further enhance the Founder capability to expand, develop and manage the business efficiently and effectively. The Founder’s PA from the onset must gain extensive knowledge of the company, the Founder, other key persons and have a fundamental understanding of the company’s aims and objectives. The PA will provide daily support to the Founder and carry out administrative work on his behalf. The role will be diverse and involve regular interactions with Jai Kisan’s staff as well as the Leadership Team. This role is challenging and offers excellent opportunities for personal and professional development.

**Responsibilities**:

- Act as a first point of contact for the Founder deal with correspondence and phone calls.
- Manage Founder diaries and organizing his meetings and appointments.
- Book and arrange Founder’s travel, transport, and accommodation.
- Reminding the Founder of important tasks and deadlines.
- Manage Founder’s databases and filing system.
- Coordinate logistics for the meetings and calls of the Founder
- Monitor, screen, respond to and distribute incoming communications.

**Requirements**:

- Educational background in Business administration, Management, or relevant field.
- Excellent oral and written communication, with attentive listening abilities
- Discretion and trustworthiness (you will often be the party of confidential information).
- Tact and diplomacy
- Willingness to carry out administrative tasks.
- Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to finding and proposing

solutions to challenges.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively across different teams and cultures, strong relationship building skills and

service-oriented attitude.
- Proven ability to multi-task and keep track of several projects running in parallel.
- Advanced computer skills and IT literacy, to include-Word; PowerPoint; Excel; Outlook.
- Experience working with or for a multi-stakeholder initiative.
- Interest in and commitment to sustainability.
