**Key Responsibilities**:
Manage and coordinate the Director's busy schedule, including meetings and appointments.

Serve as the primary liaison for internal and external communications, ensuring efficient information flow.

Arrange and oversee all travel logistics, including accommodations and itineraries.

Draft, edit, and proofread documents, presentations, and reports as needed.

Organize and facilitate meetings, conferences, and events, including agenda preparation and minute-taking.

Support special projects and initiatives by conducting research and tracking progress.

Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion.

Perform administrative tasks, such as expense tracking and invoice processing.

Manage incoming requests and inquiries, redirecting them appropriately.

Assist the Director in time management and task prioritization.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
