A leading distributor of high-quality surgical equipment, dedicated to providing innovative solutions to healthcare professionals & Government Hospitals, is looking for a **Sales Respresentative** living nearby Kothrud, Pune.

**ROLE OVERVIEW**:
As a Sales Executive focused on government hospitals, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with doctors, hospital administrators, and purchasing departments. This role emphasizes creating rapport, enhancing the company’s reputation, and ensuring smooth order follow-ups, without the pressure of sales targets.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- **Relationship Management**: Develop and nurture relationships with doctors, surgeons, and the purchasing departments of government hospitals.
- **Face Value Building**: Represent the company professionally to establish and enhance personal and organizational credibility.
- **Order Follow-Ups**: Monitor and manage the follow-up process to ensure timely completion of orders and address any issues promptly.
- **Product Awareness**: Educate healthcare professionals about the features and benefits of our surgical equipment.
- **Regular Engagement**: Conduct regular visits to government hospitals to maintain visibility and build rapport with key stakeholders.
- **Market Insight**: Gather feedback from hospitals regarding their needs and share insights with the internal team for strategic planning.
- **Personal Development**: Prepare palns, Learn new things & business operations, develop communication and billing software and process knowledge.

**QUALIFICATION & SKILLS**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, or a related field (preferred).
- **Experience**: 0 -1 years of experience in sales, relationship management, or similar roles in the medical equipment or healthcare industry.
- **Knowledge**: Familiarity with government procurement processes is a plus.
- **Skills**:

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to build trust and maintain long-term professional relationships.
- Excellent organizational and follow-up abilities.
- A proactive and approachable personality.
- **Travel**: Willingness to travel frequently to various government hospital locations within the region.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
