**Responsibilities**:

- Utilize LinkedIn and other platforms for lead generation, networking, and relationship building.
- Manage and nurture leads through the sales pipeline using HubSpot or similar CRM systems.
- Create and maintain a database of qualified prospects and opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop effective sales strategies and campaigns.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives set by the company.
- Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities, pipeline status, and results.

**Requirements**:

- 2-4 years of experience in international sales, preferably in the IT services or software industry.
- Proficiency with CRM tools, particularly HubSpot, including managing contacts and deals.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and relationships with clients and prospects.
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
