The role is aligned to the **Strategy **function which supports the Business Strategy team for the Private Bank of Deutsche Bank.

**Your Key Responsibilities**:
**Business Strategy**
- Act as a **knowledge partner **for the global and regional strategy teams.
- Provide **daily industry updates **to senior management covering competitor moves, regulatory changes, product & market trends and maintain a database of this information.
- **Bespoke research **for management meetings/ strategy-related discussions including market/industry research, country overviews, product offering deep-dives.
- **Competitor benchmarking **for market presence/ strategy, product offerings, financial performance.
- Lead the **annual industry benchmarking **process undertaken in coordination with external consultants and internal finance teams.
- **Adhoc projects **including evaluating strategic options for business units, tracking inorganic / growth initiatives in the industry, case studies to participate in industry initiatives/ trends.
- Write-ups on released **consultant reports **, updating **league tables **and **financial modelling **for business cases.

**Your skills and experience**
- 7-8 years prior experience in consultancy/ business management/corporate finance
- MBA from a reputed school / CA (first attempt or rank holder)
- Working knowledge of MS PowerPoint with experience in creating presentations / pitch books
- Sound knowledge of MS Excel required; macros/ programing for automation tasks would be an advantage
- Knowledge of Retail Banking / Wealth Management business preferable but not essential
- A self-starter with strong analytical skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure
