**JOB PURPOSE**
**The overall purpose of the role is to aid the Divisional Manager - Sales Planning in formulating strong sales growth plans and work towards achievement of retail numbers.**
**Qualification: MBA**
- Experience: 3-6 years- Location: Akurdi**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

**Performance monitoring mapping to develop sale performance matrix**
- Formulate a monitoring mapping grid to identify key parameters w.r.t to business strategy and create an action plan with sales to pull the overall median for an overall volume growth_

**Quarterly/Monthly Business Plans - Interface with CMU/RCM/D&A**
- Formulate & implement channel sales strategies - monthly/quarterly_
- Focus model/new model launch performance monitoring_
- Prepare & execute trade promotional plans for focus markets and products_

**Market and competition analysis & insights for share gain**
- Manage market intelligence - Competition model, Promotions, Finance/Trade/Customer schemes_

**Conceptualise and drive a business review and growth planning cadence for key dealers**

**Driving sales enablers - Test Ride, Activation, Lead Generation, Finance, Exchange, Upgrade**
- Key sales enablers improvement, monitoring - through data analysis & deeper insights of pre and post sales data, develop pilot & rollout plans PAN India_
- Perform closely with Activity Managers, Brand Manager to enhance processes of brand building activities with Sales activities._
- Region wise model wise test ride availability, performance, and test drive ratio monitoring & improvement_
- Liaison with BFL for reducing the leakage through review and analysis for scheme policy build up to drive incremental penetration_

**Understand the sales processes for improving the operational efficiency to drive growth wrt to database management**
- Networking with all IT stakeholders involved in database management of end-to-end sales_
- Drive and implement initiatives relevant to sales process automation helping in delivering greater conversion._
