The role is part of a desk extension team in PB Germany and supports the CFO / Performance Management team in Germany; having a local reporting line in Mumbai.

**Key Responsibilities: (not limited to)**
- Leading a team of 4 individuals who will be responsible for supporting the PB Germany CFO team based out of Germany
- Mentor and train new joinees and existing employees while ensuring optimum allocation of resources and deliverables across the team
- Interaction and relationship development with key stakeholders along with ensuring to provide them regular updates regarding any local/team developmentsw
- Oversee the flash and actual processes, including relevant explains, interacting with the regional/central CFOs and Performance Mgmt teams / business heads where required
- Ensuring timely completion of monthend process and GGL restatement process by partnering with Central and regional CFO colleagues
- Monthly / Weekly Revenue / Flow / Volume reporting & analysis for senior management
- Manage and Assist in the preparation of Forecast Balanced Scorecard for the GMC, GMC-1 and GMC-2 levels
- Assist with Analytics reports which provide an overview of the business performance
- Conduct various ad hoc analysis and strategically address issues that are complementary to the regular planning and forecasting processes
- Assist with the Consolidation tool and SAP Anaytics processes, which will help CFO and Mgmt team achieve financial targets
- Deep diving financials and analyzing flows data
- Other CFO tasks as necessary

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Academic qualifications in Business, Finance or related field
- Prior relevant work experience of minimum 2-6 years
- Experience in Technofinance / Accountancy or Management Consulting
- Aptitude for analytical tasks and ability to pull out the key messages
- Ability to constructively challenge senior colleagues
- Very Good Excel working knowledge
- Strong communication skills with excellent English, both orally and written
- Good knowledge of the financial sector
