**Job Title: Recruiter**

**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and job requirements.
- Conduct phone, video, and in-person interviews.
- Administer skills assessment tests and other pre-employment assessments.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and other team members.
- Collect feedback from hiring managers and make recommendations to management.
- Extend job offers and negotiate salary packages.
- Conduct background checks and verify references.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven work experience as a Recruiter or similar role.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and resume databases.
- Experience with sourcing techniques and tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.
- Experience with diversity recruiting initiatives is a plus.
