Hiring For **Event Engagement Co-Ordinator**.

**Key Duties/ Responsibilities:

- **

1. Willing to travel as and when required to colleges and/or events venue for smooth functioning of the events.

2. Understanding requirement of each event and program. Making required arrangements on the backend for virtual and in-person events.

3. Assisting in the end-to-end event preparations (budgeting, collaterals, etc.)

4. Maintaining records for each event. From students data to the client participation.

5. Coordinating for the virtual events - from aligning IT support to executing the event.

6. Preparing the students for the events (as scheduled). Taking Screening (virtual & in-person).

**Key Skills Required**:

- Fluent Communication.

Multi tasking ability.

Good hand on MS Office, Power point.

Confidence and audience facing ability.

**Salary**:

- 15k To 20K

**Location:

- **Pune

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
