Company Description Casual dining and coffee chain operating since last 15 years. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Pune, for an Event Coordinator. The Event Coordinator will be responsible for planning and managing events from start to finish, coordinating with outlets, and ensuring excellent customer experiences. Day-to-day tasks include scheduling, budgeting, liaising with vendors, supporting event logistics, and ensuring events align with brand goals. The role also includes responsibilities related to promoting and building community around the brand. Qualifications Event Planning and Event Management skills to organize end-to-end event effectively Strong Communication and Customer Service skills for interacting with outlets and vendors professionally Community building and engagement Sales skills to promote services and drive customer interest Ability to manage time efficiently and handle multitasking in a dynamic environment Flexibility to adapt to changing needs and a proactive approach to problem-solving Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or related field is preferred but not mandatory Familiarity with the hospitality industry is an advantage
