**Event Coordinator**

**Job Summary**:
We at **Robu.In** are seeking an experienced **Event Coordinator** to join our dynamic event tech company and lead our sales team to drive revenue growth. As an **Event Coordinator**, you will be responsible for developing and executing effective sales strategies, managing Events, Exhibitions, and expos, and building strong relationships with clients in the event industry.

**Number of Positions**: 01 only required.

**Experience**: 1 to 2 years only **in Planning, Coordinating & Executing of Technical Events, Exhibitions and Expo’s.**

**Salary**: In-Hand **Rs.15,000/-** to **Rs.25,000/-** per month + PF, ESIC, & Health Insurance Benefits **(CTC: Rs. **2,38,094/-to **Rs. **3,61,785/- **per annum)**.

**Job Role & Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth in the event tech sector.
- Identify and target new business opportunities, including event planners, organizers, agencies, and other industry stakeholders.
- Understand client needs and pain points in the event industry and recommend appropriate event technology solutions and services to address their challenges.
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to provide feedback and insights from the market and contribute to product development and go-to-market strategies.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to senior management on a regular basis after every event attended.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging event technologies, and best practices to provide strategic insights and recommendations.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to build networks, generate leads, and promote the company's event technology solutions.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in lead generation, preferably in the tech industry.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel to tech expos and events as needed.
- Familiarity with CRM software and lead tracking tools.
- Enthusiasm for technology and a deep understanding of the tech industry.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
