**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Coordinate and manage export logistics to ensure timely shipment of goods.
- Prepare and verify export documentation, including invoices, packing lists, and Bill of Lading.
- Liaise with customs officials to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Arrange transportation and negotiate shipping rates with carriers and freight forwarders.
- Track shipments and update clients on the status of their orders.
- Handle any shipping-related issues and resolve them promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of all export transactions for audit and reporting purposes.
- Stay updated on international trade regulations and ensure all export activities are compliant.
**Qualifications and Skills Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in import/export operations and logistics management.**
- Strong understanding of import and export regulations and documentation requirements.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail for accurate documentation.
- Good communication skills to liaise with various stakeholders, including suppliers and transport agencies.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively under tight deadlines.
- Problem-solving skills to address any issues that may arise during shipping and documentation processes.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office Suite, particularly Excel, for tracking shipments and generating reports.
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
